Dispell Negativity Using the Elements

What You Need:

1 white candle
Bowl of water
Rock (any kind)
Match

What To Do:

Cast your circle.

Say:
'Elements of four I plea to thee to take this negativity away from me.'

-Light the candle with the match-
'Fire burn away this negativity'

'Water help it flow'
-place bowl next to candle

'Rock harden my positivity and earth ground me'
-Place the rock beside the water-

-Look to the sky, close eyes-
'Air help blow away the negativity so I can say goodbye

So mote it be.'

Let the candle burn out. Bury the rock and pour the water over it.
