Pluto, A Powerful Planet....

Most of us are familiar with retrogrades. A retrograde is when it appears to look like a planet reverses the direction it is spinning. Which is actually caused by the Earth. The energies effect us emotional, physically and spiritually. One of the most noticeable retrogrades and what I'm sure most associate retrogrades is Mercury. Yes, Mercury being in retrograde sucks, but it's not the only retrograde. However, it seems to be the only one that draws such vast attention.

On April 16th, Pluto went into retrograde and will continue to effect us untill September 24th. While these energies aren't as strong as Mercury's, you'll still feel it at times.

If Pluto is in retrograde, you deal with controlling feelings for ex., like you must control all things in and around your life. Holding on tight to relationships you become suffocating or holding onto PAST relationships refusing to LET GO.

It's the planet of transformations, upheaval, reversals and beginnings. During the retrograde, it's a time of rebuilding when others try to intervene. Be prepared to cut away those areas of your life you don't benefit from.

During this time your abilities are more open. You are more aware and notice what you wouldn't normally. You're able to broaden your mind and expand it. See more.

Bringing it all down to something simple, I think of this as the time for internal spring cleaning ;)

Voodoo Doll Spell

You will need the following items for this spell: 

·                                 Wax Doll, Homemade Doll, Ect (Any doll you wish to use.) 

·                                 Thy Enemies Hair, Fingernail, Ect. 

·                                 A Clear Mind and Soul. 

·                                 Circle of Magic. 

·                                 Needle, Candle, Whatever object you wish to use to inflict Pain.

Take thy doll and place it into the circle. After doing so take the doll and chant whilst placing your Enemies item upon it. and chant the following placing the doll back into the circle.

I command you, I control you.
I command you, I compel you.

I command you, I compel you

Hear my voice!

For what thy enemy has done to me so shall my pain come to them.
Hear my voice, the pain you have caused me I shall cause thee!

Take Needle, Candle ect, and Inflict pain to thy Doll.
Repeat if needed.

Hex of Guilt

You will need the following items for this spell: 

·                                 - Picture of the person you want hexed, 

·                                 - Bottle or a jar, 

·                                 - Black candle, 

·                                 - Voodoo doll, 

·                                 - Stone, 

·                                 - Bat's blood ink, 

·                                 - Black cloth.

Make a voodoo doll of the person you want to hex. If you cannot get a personal belonging for it, use their picture.

Lay the doll in the jar/bottle (if you used the picture put it under the doll!).
Write ''Guilt'' on the stone with bat's blood ink...that represents the burden of guilt on their heart.
Light the candle and cover the doll and the stone in hot wax.
While you are dripping the wax on it, chant the following until the doll is covered in wax:

You've done wrong,
you know it well,
the secret's out
and so's this spell!

Tortured mind,
restless spirit,
guilt's the cause,
you'll strongly feel it!

Chest unlocked,
will eat you up,
when you come clean,

Light 3 black candles at midnight and repeat the following three times. If you have a bell you should ring it three times at the beginning of this ritual...

During the time spent doing this hex, you should be worked up into a frenzy of anger and thinking of the darkness about to descend upon your enemy. When you are done, extinguish the candles.

3 Nights of Hell... Candle Spell

This spell will inflict serious pain and sores on thine enemy for a period of 3 strange days. After which the spell is lifted he is made well again. Take a black candle and place a picture of thine enemy in front of you and tilt the candle so the wax drips upon the would be victim in the picture. Visualize the wax burning sores into the body of thine enemy. While doing so, recite the following 3 times...

"As I do this candle spell

Bring thine enemy 3 nights of hell

Candle black, black as night

Bring him pains of flesh tonight!

Lesions on his skin will grow

Afflict him with a painful blow

Sores and pain afflict him now

For 3 nights he'll wonder how

Dukes of darkness, Kings of hell

Smite thine enemy, bring him hell

When 3 nights of pain have past

Make him well, well at last".

After sitting and thinking about the sores that will inflict your enemy and the pain he will suffer you may then extinguish the candle. When 3 nights have past, tear up the photo and say the following...

"When 3 nights of pain endured, I lift this curse rest assured

Darkness leave him, go away, the curse is lifted now, today!"  

Hex to bring... "Discord and Darkness"

Here is a great Hex to bring total chaos to your enemies or someone you hate. Perfect for someone who has done you wrong in a bad way. You will need a piece of thick string or yarn about 9 or 10 inches long. You will tie 3 separate knots a couple inches apart as you recite the following before you tie each knot... so you will be reciting this 3 times...

"With this knot I seal this hex

you will not sleep, you will not rest

Knots of anger, knots of hate

Discord brings you to your fatal tie this second knot makes two

Bringing darkness over you

Slander, discord, evil too

Bringing darkness straight to you

With this third knot, I do bind

Weaving chaos in your mind

Hex of anger, hex of hate

Bring him down, I will not wait"

So mote it be now made manifest!

As you do this spell be thinking of all the chaos that it is going to bring to your enemy and make sure you are worked up into a rage before doing the spell. This will make it all the more effective! When you are done see if you can hide this string (with the knots now tied) around you enemies home! This will make it more potent! If not then save it in a special place until you decide to untie the knots and give your enemy a second chance. 

A New Start Candle Spell

This is a good multi-purpose spell that can be used to give a bit of "oomph" to any new enterprise, whether it's a new job, relationship or just a new chapter in your life. It's an easy spell too.

• 2 white taper candles
• Rosemary oil

Anoint both candles with some oil, and set them in candle holders next to each other. Light one of them, and describe some of the "old" things you are hoping to get rid of. Focus on that for a few minutes, and then use the candle flame to light the second candle. Snuff out the first one.

Now list some of the new things that you are hoping to draw into your life at this new start. Be optimistic but realistic too. Leave the second candle burning until it is finished. You can reuse the first candle in another spell if you want.

Pay a Bill Spell

Now this spell is intended for use when you have a specific bill or debt to be paid, rather than just general prosperity. You need the following:

• Green Candle
• Patchouli or cinnamon oil
• Incense to match the oil
• A piece of paper

Use a pen or a pencil to draw a representation of the bill on the paper. Words and logos, along with the dollar figures. You will be burning the paper, so don't use the real bill. A photocopy may be more accurate, but will lack your personal energy so make your own drawing.

Anoint the candle with your chosen oil, and place the folded paper under the candleholder. Light the candle and the incense. Watch the flames and say:

The candle burns
And lights the way
For money coming
This bill will pay

Concentrate on this specific bill and why it's important to be paid off. Let the candle burn for about 15 minutes, then snuff it out. Every day, let the candle burn for another 15 minutes for a total of 7 days (make sure the candle is large enough). On the last day, remove the paper and light it in the flame to burn completely. Let the candle keep burning at this point until it goes out naturally.

To honor the spell, any unexpected money that comes in must be put towards this bill. If you don't, you'll find you'll just end up losing the money.

In the Dark of Night

This is a real black magic spell specifically to bring nightmares to another person. You should cast this spell after midnight but before dawn, and be aware that it will make a bit of smoke. Have a window handy. You need:

• A black candle
• Mugwort
• Dragon's blood resin
• Charcoal tablet
• Heat-proof dish
• Large piece of white paper or cloth
• Black ink (a marker will do)

On the paper or cloth, drawn 3 concentric circles and an x in the center. Set up the dish and charcoal on the x, and the candle outside the circles. Light the charcoal and get it smoldering, put a pinch or two of mugwort on it along with a chunk of resin. When they are both smoking, light the candle.

Watch the smoke rising from the dish and visualize it floating through space to your intended target. It brings nightmares and fear into their sleep, and picture that scene for several minutes and focus on the person.

After a few minutes, put out the charcoal and switch the dish and candle so the candle is on the x. Leave it until it fully burns down. Your victim will have bad dreams starting the next night and it will last for 3 days.

Simple Fertility Spell....

Perform PRIOR to trying to conceive

What You Need:

5 red candles
1 sharpie

Write any traits or characteristics you would like your child to have on the side of the candles with he marker. If you would like the child to be a specific gender, write the gender on the side of the candle. You can also write the name you have picked out, the more specific, the better.

Before you are intimate light the candles. They should be burning before, during and after intercourse to have an increased chance of conceiving.

Grow, Garden, Grow!.... A Simple Garden Spell.....

What You Need:

1 qt. milk

garden seeds or plants

1/2 cup honey

2 stakes or sticks for each garden row

2 qt. container

pastel ribbon (1 for each stake)

small tree or bush branch with newly sprouted leaves & buds

What To Do:

Take all the materials outside to the garden. Mix the milk and honey together and pour it into a container. Place the branch in the container and set it aside. Poke a stake in the ground at the beginning and end of each row, then sow the seeds and/or set the plants. Tie a ribbon bow around each stake, saying to the seeds & the plants in that row:

''perfect love, I give to you. Sprout and thrive with life anew.''

Pick up the container and using the branch, sprinkle the garden with milk and honey. Consecrate it saying:

''Milk and honey flow through out, Fertilize each seed and sprout. maiden, Green Man, dance & play, Twirl and laugh here everyday. Bring lush growth and green this spot Every where you skip and walk.''

Water the garden thoroughly and tend to it's needs each day.

 

Nifty Magickal Items

A Few Miscellaneous items I've picked up from my metaphysical shop lately were really nifty. You can use so much more than crystals, herbs and other tools for your magickal workings.

Rusty Nails: (A.K.A Iron Coffin Nails) -Fashion two nails together into a cross and hang at your front door for protection against bad energy and illness. They can also be used to "nail someone down" in war water and other bottle conjure to cross someone. Bent nails send negativity away from you making a "U-turn" if it's headed your way.

*Hoodoo* Mojo Bean: (African Wishing Bean) Keep an odd number of these lucky beans in your pocket or in a mojo bag, making one wish per bean. Make a wish on a lucky bean and carry for 7 days then toss into a river. Your wish should come true in 7 days. *must be attainable*
Mexican Blue Balls: They are most widely known as for being used in good luck in gambling, and are sometimes used in conjunction with other lucky tokens to keep a winning streak running. Blue Balls are also popular as spiritual cleansers, and are sometimes used in conjunction with Florida Water, Holy Water, or other such washes to clean a house of negativity, jinxes, curses, and other such evil. They are even used by many to cleanse clothing, and are dropped into the laundry to whiten and purify!


Witch Bottle: A witch bottle is traditionally a round glass bottle with a stopper that is used for protection. You can use any glass jar.

Cemetary Dirt: Used in spells. Collect dirt from a cemetary. Be wary of the energies you may be using. Some spirits are unsettled.

Poppet: A small doll used to represent another person or yourself in spells. Poppets are traditionally used for curses, but can also be helpful in healing or binding spells.
